Provision and Supply of Furniture Works for Garrison Headquarters Rawalpindi

Applications are invited from contractors and firms listed with QMG/Formation and Garrison Commander for provision of furniture works at Garrison Headquarters Rawalpindi. The procurement involves the following items: - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rwp (Job No 1603 of 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 6,386,334 - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rwp (Job No 1606 of 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 6,475,747 - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rwp (Job No 1607 of 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 3,750,739 - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rwp (Job No 1609 of 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 3,797,250 - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rwp (Job No 1611 of 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 6,669,600 - Supply of Furniture Maintenance Material for repair of QMG's Furniture FY 2026-27 with estimated cost Rs. 7,500,000 - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rwp (Job No 1612 of 2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 1,625,400 The scope includes supply and repair of furniture items as per job numbers listed, with completion periods mostly two months except one item with twelve months. Eligible contractors must be on the approved list of Central, Provincial, PWD & Railway with broad-based furniture manufacturing setup. A Rs. 500 earnest money in the form of Treasury Challan is required along with proof of approved contractor status and details of furniture work done in the last two years. Bid submission deadlines range from 5th October to 13th October 2026, with bid openings shortly after submission times. Tender opening will be deferred to next working day if a holiday occurs.
