Supply of Stationery, Panaflex, Illumination, Generator Beam Lights, Electricity Street Light Material, Plants Grass Carpet, Food Items, Repair & Maintenance of Water Pumps Motors and Related Items for District Council Multan

The District Council Multan invites electronic bids for the supply of various goods and services for the financial year 2026-27 under the Annual Frame Work (Non-Development) as per PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement is based on rates for multiple lots covering a wide range of items required by the District Council Multan in the city of Multan. Items being procured: - Supply of stationery & other accessories - Supply of panaflex, steamer, sweet, gift & flags - Supply of illumination of government building on daily rental basis - Supply & fixing including loading & unloading of tantage materials, generator beam lights on daily rental basis - Supply of electricity street light material - Supply of plants grass carpet, gross loss & excavation - Supply of food items on national days, religious events, flood emergency - Repair & maintenance of water pumps motors, generators, vehicles, batteries, de-watering set & canvas pipe The scope includes supply and installation of materials, rental of lighting and generator equipment, maintenance of pumps and motors, and provision of food items for special events. The work is to be completed as per the work order issued by the District Council Multan. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and submit their bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in the prescribed manner. Earnest money in the form of bid security at 5% of the bid price is required for each lot. The last date for e-bid submission is 10th October 2026 by 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening at the District Council office. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
