Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement concerning the Transportation of Goods. This agreement is intended for the on-demand supply of transportation services through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the framework period. The purpose is to establish a pool of prequalified suppliers who will be eligible to participate in future procurement proceedings related to transportation services.

The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the Prequalification Documents. Interested applicants can obtain further information and access the complete set of Prequalification Documents through the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/framework-agreements/10527.
Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 26, 2026, at 05:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Applications will be opened electronically on the same day. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Guidance on registration and bid submission is available on the portal.

Bidders are advised to carefully review the prequalification documents and ensure timely electronic submission through the EPADS portal. This framework agreement will be valid for a period of 36 months following the signing with successful bidders.
