Framework Contract for Bulk Purchase of Medicine, Surgical Disposable, Eye Lens, Laparoscopic Disposable and Dialysis Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot invites sealed bids/tenders (Technical & Financial) to conclude a framework contract for the supply of bulk purchase of medicine, surgical disposable, eye lens, laparoscopic disposable and dialysis items for the financial year 2026-27 from manufacturers or sole agents/importers having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Items being procured: - Bulk Purchase of Medicine/Surgical Disposable/Eye Lens/Laparoscopic Disposable - Bulk Purchase of Dialysis Items The procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website and E-Procurement portal. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure with envelopes marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL in bold and legible letters. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened. Bid validity period is 180 days. Authorized representatives of interested bidders are invited to attend the opening meeting at 11:00 am on 27-10-2026. Both technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on E-Pads before the closing date. Signing and stamping each page of bidding documents is mandatory. In case of public holiday or non-working day on the date of opening or last sale, the next official working day will be considered the deadline. All taxes will be applicable as per Government of Punjab rules. The PPRA website URL is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website. All assessments and procuring procedures including receiving, opening and awarding will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 amended. In case of conflict, PPRA rules prevail. Upload all documents timely on the E-Pads portal and keep a copy of the bid security (1% of estimated price) ready as per requirements.
