Framework Contract for Bulk Purchase of Linen Store Items for 2026-27

Govt Mozang DHQ Hospital Lahore invites experienced manufacturers, firms, companies, and general order suppliers registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab to participate in a framework contract for the bulk purchase of linen store items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must have active FBR registration for Income Tax and General Sales Tax. The procurement will follow a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Items being procured: - Linen Store Items The bidding documents are immediately available in English and can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website and e-PADS portal. All bids, including technical and financial proposals, must be submitted electronically via e-PADS. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 70,000 must accompany all bids in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order in favor of The Medical Superintendent Govt Mozang DHQ Hospital Lahore. The original bid security must also be submitted physically to the Admin Section of Mozang Hospital Lahore before the tender closing time. Bids will be opened on 2nd November 2026 at 11:30 AM, with closing at 11:00 AM the same day. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the date of opening.
