Framework Contract for Bulk Purchase of Medicine, Surgical Disposable, Eye Lens, Laparoscopic Disposable, and Dialysis Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital, Sialkot invites sealed bids/tenders (Technical & Financial) for concluding a framework contract for the bulk purchase of medical and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes the supply of Medicine, Surgical Disposable, Eye Lens, Laparoscopic Disposable, and Dialysis Items from manufacturers or sole agents/importers with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Items being procured: - Bulk Purchase of Medicine - Surgical Disposable - Eye Lens - Laparoscopic Disposable - Dialysis Items The procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and E-Procurement portal. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate Technical and Financial Proposals clearly marked in bold and legible letters. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened. The bid validity period is 180 days. Authorized representatives of interested bidders are invited to attend the meeting at 10:30 am on the closing date. Both Technical and Financial Proposals must be uploaded on the E-Pads before the closing date. Signing and stamping each page of the bidding documents is mandatory; otherwise, bids will be rejected. In case the date of opening or sale of bidding documents falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the date for sale, submission, and opening. Eligibility requires bidders to have relevant experience and registration with FBR/ATL. Earnest Money Deposit (1% of the estimated price) is required for each framework contract. The procurement is specific to Sialkot city under the Punjab province.
