Framework Contract for Miscellaneous, Stationary, IT Equipment, Furniture, Transport, Office Building Repairs and Plant & Machinery Purchase for Crime Control Department Rawalpindi Region

The Crime Control Department Rawalpindi Region invites sealed bids for a framework contract covering multiple procurement heads for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This contract is aimed at experienced and financially sound firms capable of supplying and servicing a diverse range of items and repair works. Items being procured: - Others Miscellaneous Items (Estimated Cost: Rs. 18 Million) - Stationary Items (Rs. 1.5 Million) - Computer (Hardware/Software/IT Equipment) (Rs. 1 Million) - Repair of Furniture, Fixture & Machinery (Rs. 0.5 Million) - Repair of Transport (Rs. 5 Million) - Repair of Office Buildings (Rs. 11 Million) - Purchase of Furniture & Purchase of Plant & Machinery (Rs. 32 Million) The scope includes supply of miscellaneous and stationary items, IT hardware and software, repair and maintenance of furniture, machinery, transport vehicles, and office buildings, as well as procurement of furniture and plant & machinery. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 and submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted by 27 August 2026 up to 01:00 PM, with technical bids opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Eligibility requires NTN, valid Sales Tax/Income Tax, Professional Tax, and PRA Registration Certificates. A 3% bid security based on estimated cost must be submitted or released in e-procurement through PSID from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Successful bidders will provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the total cost of store. This guarantee will be refunded upon successful contract completion and submission of NOC from the end user.
