Framework Contract for Purchase/Supply of Grocery, Bakery, Meat, Vegetable, Fruit, Readymade Food and Flower Items

The Banquet Hall, S&GAD Lahore invites sealed bids on a framework contract basis for the purchase and supply of Grocery, Bakery, Meat, Vegetable, Fruit, Readymade Food and Flower Items. This tender is specifically for suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids will be received through a single stage one envelope procedure via the ep.punjab.gov.pk portal. Items being procured: - Grocery Items (Estimated Amount Rs. 6,000,000, CDR 2% Rs. 120,000) - Bakery Items (Estimated Amount Rs. 1,000,000, CDR 2% Rs. 20,000) - Meat Items (Estimated Amount Rs. 1,000,000, CDR 2% Rs. 20,000) - Vegetable Items (Estimated Amount Rs. 500,000, CDR 2% Rs. 10,000) - Fruit Items (Estimated Amount Rs. 500,000, CDR 2% Rs. 10,000) - Readymade Food Items (Estimated Amount Rs. 500,000, CDR 2% Rs. 10,000) - Flower Items (Estimated Amount Rs. 500,000, CDR 2% Rs. 10,000) The contract covers supply of these items to Banquet Hall, S&GAD Lahore. Bidders must ensure their registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities and provide a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 am.
