Tender Description
Punjab Saaf Pani Authority invites bids for a framework contract for the provision of human resource along with operations and maintenance services for 478 water filtration plants located in Gujranwala Division. This contract is initially for a period of 4 months with an option to extend for a further 8 months based on performance and requirement.

- Provision of human resource
- Operations and maintenance of 478 water filtration plants
The scope includes ensuring the continuous and efficient functioning of the filtration plants, regular maintenance, timely repairs, and operational management to provide safe drinking water to the communities served by these plants. The contract requires experienced manpower capable of handling technical and operational challenges associated with water filtration systems.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar contracts and submission of earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order as specified in the bidding documents is mandatory. The bidding documents have been revised following a pre-bid meeting held on 13 October 2026, and are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Procurement Portal and the official Punjab Saaf Pani Authority website.
The last date for submission of e-bids is 26 October 2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM.
