Framework Contract for Provision of Human Resource & Operations and Maintenance of 930 Water Filtration Plants in Multan Division

Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites E-Bids by uploading PDF files from contractors and firms registered with the registration system available on the eP portal having valid License from PEC in category C3 & Above with relevant code ME - 06, and registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PNTN) for E-Procurement on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). This is a framework contract for provision of human resource and operations and maintenance of 930 water filtration plants in Multan Division for 04 months, extendable for further 08 months. Items being procured: - Provision of human resource - Operations and maintenance of 930 water filtration plants The contract covers extensive maintenance and operational services for water filtration plants across Multan Division. Bidders must be PEC registered with the specified category and code, and registered with FBR and PRA. Bid security amounting to Rs. 5,580,794 (2% of estimated cost) is required and must be submitted digitally through the eP system via 1Link or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Director General (O&M), PSPA. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System (EP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 26th October 2026 at 01:00 PM, with opening at 01:30 PM the same day. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelopes. Only technically responsive bidders will be considered for financial bid opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
