Framework Contract for Janitorial and Security Services in Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, Jubilee Town, Lahore

Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, Jubilee Town, Lahore invites sealed e-bids for a framework contract for the procurement of janitorial and security services for the hospital on a round-the-clock basis (365 days/24 hours including Sundays and holidays). The contract duration is one year, extendable for another year on the same terms and conditions. Items being procured: - Framework contract for janitorial services - Framework contract for security services The scope includes continuous janitorial and security services as detailed in the Schedule of Requirement. Bidders must submit a bid security of **PKR 1,000,000** in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty, confirmed by the issuing bank within three days of claim and valid for at least 180 days. No conditional bank guarantees will be accepted. Bid security and performance guarantees must be submitted online via the E-Procurement system. The bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Evaluation will be based on technical knockdown criteria, and only technically compliant bidders will be considered.
