Framework Contract for Lab and General Store Items

Govt. Eye Cum General Hospital Gojra, located in District Toba Tek Singh, is inviting bids from eligible and experienced firms, suppliers, and authorized distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. The procurement is for framework contracts covering various lab and general store items for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to date. Items being procured: - Framework contract of Procurement Of Bio Medical Gases (Estimated Cost: 2 Million PKR) - Framework contract of Procurement Of Printing Items (3 Million PKR) - Framework contract of Procurement Of XRAY Items (3 Million PKR) - Framework contract of Procurement Of Stationery Items (3 Million PKR) - Framework contract of Procurement Of Pathology Lab Items (3 Million PKR) - Framework contract of Procurement Of Dental Items (2 Million PKR) - Framework contract of Procurement Of General Store Items (8 Million PKR) - Framework contract of Procurement Of Ortho Implants (0.7 Million PKR) The technical scope includes supply of biomedical gases, printing materials, X-ray items, stationery, pathology lab items, dental items, general store items, and orthopedic implants. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications and provide bid security in the form of CDR as per the estimated cost for each package. The procurement will be conducted through an eP portal only, with bids submitted separately for each package along with financial bids and bid security. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Govt. Eye Cum General Hospital Gojra.
