Framework Contract for Day to Day Local Purchase Medicines, Disposables & Surgical Items

The Health & Population Department District Health Authority Attock invites electronic bids for a Framework Contract for Day to Day Local Purchase of Medicines, Disposables & Surgical Items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors, and firms from District Attock only, as per LP guidelines vide No SO(EP&C)6-5/2025(Misc) dated 11th June 2026. Items being procured: - LP Medicines - Disposables - Surgical Items The procurement will be conducted purely through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only; manual submissions are not allowed. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement platform to access bidding documents free of cost. Bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 96,000/- must be submitted via the digital banking facility of the Punjab e-Procurement System by generating a PSID and depositing the amount through prescribed banking channels. The bid security must be attached with the technical bid. Technical bids will be opened on 15/10/2026 at 11:30 AM, with proposals to be submitted by 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders are encouraged to attend the bid opening ceremony. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Clause 35 of PPRA Rules.
