Framework Contract for Procurement of LP Medicine/Medical Devices for Financial Year 2026-27

THQ Hospital Kot Addu invites e-bids from eligible bidders holding a valid Pharmacy (Form-9) License issued by the competent authority and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of LP Medicines and Medical Devices on a day-to-day basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding method under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, following applicable procurement rules. Items being procured: - Frame Work Contract, Local Purchase of Medicines/Medical Devices (Day-to-Day) Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 1.0% of the estimated procurement value electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO), or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Only electronically submitted Bid Security will be considered valid. Bidding documents are immediately available on the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal and PPRA websites after publication. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The deadline for submission is 16th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu. In case the submission date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Taxes and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) will govern the procurement process.
