Framework Contract for Maintenance & Repair of Tube Wells and Water Supply Network within WSSC Swat

Water & Sanitation Services Company Swat (WSSC Swat) invites electronic bids on Above/Below basis based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible and registered firms/contractors having valid registration with PEC, FBR, KPRA, under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the KP-PPRA Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Maintenance & Repair of Tube Wells (Electrical/Mechanical Work) within the Jurisdiction of WSSC Swat - Framework Contract for Maintenance & Repair of Water Supply Network Within the Jurisdiction of WSSC Swat The first contract requires PEC category C-5 & above with codes ME07 & EE04 and has an estimated cost of Rs. 14.0 Million. The second contract requires PEC category C-6 & above with code CE09 and has an estimated cost of Rs. 7.2 Million. The bids for the first contract must be submitted by 5th October 2026 at 11:30 AM with opening at 12:00 PM, and for the second contract by 5th October 2026 at 12:00 PM with opening at 12:30 PM. The scope includes maintenance and repair of tube wells involving electrical and mechanical work, and maintenance and repair of the water supply network within the WSSC Swat jurisdiction. Interested firms must deposit a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 into WSSC Swat Account No. 0012-0020-0649-6221 at Bank of Khyber, Saidu Road, Makanbagh, Mingora, Swat. The original deposit slip along with the original bid security must be submitted before the closing date and time. Bidders quoting up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate must submit a bid security of 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in favor of the Chief Executive Officer WSSC Mingora Swat. Bids quoting more than 10% below up to 20% below must submit an additional security of 8% of the Engineer's Estimate in addition to the 2% bid security. The bid security envelope must be clearly marked. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and comply with all federal and provincial duties, taxes, stamp duty, and other applicable charges as per government rules. The last date for online clarification is 28th September 2026 up to 5:00 PM. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS and the original bid delivered in a sealed envelope to the WSSC Swat office at MSK Tower, G.T Road, Rahimabad, Mingora, Swat.
