Govt. M. Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital, Yakki Gate, Lahore invites e-Bids from Bidders i.e. well deputed firms / companies registered on E-Procurement with relevant registration authorities and Tax Departments / Authorities (NTN, GST / PRA etc) regarding below mentioned tenders for the financial year 2026-27. The bidders are encouraged to get themselves registered on E-Procurement to enable them for participation. E-Bids shall be received as per single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPR-2014. Items being procured: - Tender regarding framework contract for purchase of Medical Gases - Tender regarding framework contract for purchase of X-Ray Films, C.T. Scan Films & Chemicals Bidding documents containing detailed and terms & conditions are immediately available after date of publication which can also be downloaded from PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), E-Procurement (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) and SHC & ME Department website (www.health.punjab.gov.pk). E-Bid shall be submitted online against date & time schedule on E-Procurement. The bidder shall provide 2% CDR as Bid Security on time. Bid Security receipt to be submitted on or before time of E-Bid Opening and in addition to the soft copy uploaded with technical bid on the E-Procurement. E-Bids shall be opened on the schedule date & time mentioned in bidding documents in the presence of the participated bidders / representatives. Interested / eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Medical Superintendent, Govt. M. Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital, Yakki Gate, Lahore before e-bid opening. Bid validity is 180-days from the date of opening of bids. Manual / Hard copies of E-Bids are not required. All uploaded documents should contain proper page marking and signed stamped. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for any failure on part of firms to submit and e-Bid or account of any technical error or internet failure. In case e-Bid including entries and record submitted on E-Procurement is found corrupt, Unreadable, Contains Virus or submitted in wrong portion, such e-Bid or e-Proposal shall be rejected. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of Bids. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024.
