Framework Contract for Day to Day Patient Local Purchase of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items for THQ Nowshera Virkan

The THQ Hospital Nowshera Virkan, District Gujranwala invites E-Bids from eligible bidders who are Category A licensed pharmacies for the local purchase of medicines and surgical/disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for a framework contract covering day to day patient needs at the hospital. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical items - Disposable items The contract is intended to ensure continuous supply of essential medicines and surgical disposables to the hospital for the entire financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered Category A pharmacies with valid licenses and comply with all regulatory requirements. The bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) under the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Interested bidders can download bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) until 21-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque in the name of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Nowshera Virkan from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The bid security must also be submitted in hard form to the office of the Medical Superintendent before the closing time and date. Bids will be opened on 21-10-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Nowshera Virkan. The bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies. Bids should remain valid for 90 days as per bidding documents.
