Interested firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is required as refundable bid security. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any stage due to non-availability or insufficient allocation of funds without liability towards bidders.
