Supply of IVL Catheters of All Sizes to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology

The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites sealed bids for the supply of IVL catheters of all sizes for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Medical Superintendent of the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology located on Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. The winning bidder will provide the IVL Console free of cost against the purchase of the first 30 IVL catheters, which will then become the property of the purchasing hospital. Items being procured: - IVL catheters, all sizes (IVL Console provided FOC with first 30 catheters) The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. The bidding documents containing terms, conditions, and quantities are available free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and related portals. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit a fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee at 2% of the estimated price as refundable Bid Security through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) manages the e-Procurement System. The last date for submission of tender documents is Tuesday, 20-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids. If the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the submission and opening date.
