Framework Contract for Medicine, Surgical, Disposable Items and Medical Devices for THQ Hospital Tandlianwala

THQ Hospital Tandlianwala District Faisalabad invites sealed technical and financial electronic bids (E-bids) from eligible bidders for the framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the supply of medicines, surgical, disposable items, and medical devices under government initiatives including the Sehat Card. Items being procured: - Day to Day Local Purchase Of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items etc. / UHI or any such initiative by the Government related Medicines/Surgical dressings/Disposable items etc. - Medical Devices, etc. For Dialysis under Sehat Card or any similar initiative as desired by the Government The contract covers the supply of essential medicines and surgical disposables required for hospital operations and government health initiatives. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required as bid security. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and all interested parties should be registered on this platform. Bid security must be submitted via digital banking through the Punjab e-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing the required amount. The bid security should be in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Tandlianwala District Faisalabad. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date. The last date for submission of E-bids is 12-09-2026 till 10:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Late bids will not be entertained. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The procuring agency is not responsible for failures due to technical or internet issues. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPR Rules 2014.
