Framework Contract for Day to Day Local Purchase of Medicines, Medical Devices, Other Items and Store Items

The Health & Population Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers for the supply of medicines, medical devices, and other store items for the financial year 2026-27 at Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Bhagtanwala, District Sargodha. Items being procured: - Package 1: Framework contract for Day to Day Local Purchase Of Medicines and Medical Devices (Surgical & Disposable) Items - Package 2: Framework contract for purchase of Other Items - Package 3: Framework contract for purchase of Cost of Other Store Items The procurement covers local purchase of medicines and medical devices including surgical and disposable items, as well as other store items required for hospital operations. The contracts are for the financial year 2026-27 and aim to ensure continuous supply to meet hospital demands. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The bidding process will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be deposited online via PSID in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Bhagtanwala. The last date for submission of e-bids is 10-10-2026 till 12:00 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.
