Supply of 19 Liter Drinking Water Bottles at State Bank of Pakistan SBP BSC Faisalabad

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) Faisalabad invites sealed bids for the supply of drinking water at the State Bank of Pakistan SBP BSC Faisalabad office located in Faisalabad city, Punjab province. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure continuous provision of quality drinking water to the institution. Items being procured: - 19 Liter Spring or Mineral Drinking Water Bottles, quantity 9000 bottles over a 730-day schedule The successful bidder will be responsible for daily delivery of the specified number of 19-liter bottles during working hours from 09:00 to 17:30, five days a week or as required. Additionally, the contract includes provision of at least 20 water dispensers with hot and cold functionality in good working condition, 100 empty bottles without security charges, and monthly cleaning and servicing of the dispensers. The delivery location is M.A Jinnah Road, Faisalabad City. Bidders must be registered with FBR, appear on the active taxpayer list, and have valid licenses from Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) for the current and last three years. ISO or HACCP certification is required. Bidders should not be blacklisted or involved in litigation and must have an average annual turnover of at least PKR 10 million over the last three years. Experience supplying drinking water bottles to at least three government, semi-government, private, or multinational organizations in the last three years is mandatory. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically at the SBP BSC Faisalabad office before the deadline. A valid bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. The contract duration is two years starting from December 1, 2026.
