Supply of Gas Oxygen Cum 4,305,449 Units

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop, EME, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of Gas Oxygen. This procurement is conducted under the rules of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Items being procured: - Gas Oxygen Cum 4,305,449 units Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopies of Registration Certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), Sales Tax Department certificate, NTN certificate, proof of go down, financial capability undertaking, attested bank statement for last one year, CNIC of Managing Director, and certificates confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Firms must also provide details of government or semi-government work experience and property/assets information. Non-manufacturing firms or agents must provide proof or certificate of manufacturing or agency agreement. Original Challan Form No. 32-A for Rs 2000/- for registered firms and Rs 2000/- for unregistered firms must be deposited into Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. PPRA Rule-24 (2) applies for indigenous production. All firms must provide 5% bid security (up to Rs 1.000 million) along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
