Framework Contract for Office, Residential and Other Buildings Maintenance by Police Department Lahore

The Police Department (CCPO Office), Lahore invites E-BIDS for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The contract covers maintenance and related services for the following heads of accounts: - A13301 Office Buildings (Estimated Cost: PKR 500,000) - A13302 Residential Buildings (Estimated Cost: PKR 2,000,000) - A13303 Other Buildings (Estimated Cost: PKR 8,000,000) Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System as per Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. The procurement process follows the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include valid Income Tax Registration, Sales Tax Registration, Punjab Sales Tax Registration, and Professional Tax Registration where applicable. Bidders must submit an original Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot separately. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The framework contract will remain valid until 30.06.2027 unless otherwise specified. E-Bids will be opened on 15.09.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The last date for E-Bid submission is 15.09.2026 till 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
