Tehsil Municipal Administration Charbagh Swat invites sealed bids from eligible government contractors for the balance work of the Main Building of TMA Charbagh office, including all associated external development works. The procurement is based on MRS 2025 (1st Bi Annual) rates and follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Only contractors/firms registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W and LCB departments for the year 2026-27 are eligible to participate. (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22 dated 10th May, 2022, and submitted as a call deposit receipt in favor of the procuring entity, with a CDR photocopy attached to the bid documents. Eligibility requirements include valid PEC license, CNIC, active NTN/Income Tax certificate, Local Council Board enlistment for 2025-26, and KPPRA registration. All quoted rates must be clearly mentioned in both words and figures. The last date and time for submission of tenders is 28-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day.
