Annual Framework Contract for Pharmacy Supply of Medicines on M:20 Basis for Financial Year 2026-27 via E-Procurement

Nawaz Sharif Social Security Teaching Hospital Multan Road Lahore invites bids through E-Procurement from pharmacies registered with regulatory bodies and E-PROCUREMENT PPRA (through open tender) to conclude the Framework Contract for supply of Medicines on M:20 bases for the year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Registered Sales Tax and Income Tax (Active) holders having established credentials in technical, financial and managerial capabilities, and not blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Medicines on M:20 basis The bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal shall be uploaded separately on E-Procurement portal. The total estimated cost of the framework contract is Rs. 17,700,000/-. Firms must submit 2% bid security i.e. Rs. 354,000/- in the form of CDR or bank guarantee electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. The deadline for submission is 13-09-2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and E-PADS regulations. The tender can be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
