Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines, Medical Devices, and Surgical Disposable Items

District Health Authority Attock invites protected bids/tenders (Technical & Financial) through the Punjab e-Procurement System from registered Pharmacies having valid CDSL on Form 09. This is a Framework Contract for the Local Purchase of Medicines, Medical Devices, and Surgical Disposable items on free delivery at consignee's end basis. Items being procured: - Medicines - Medical Devices - Surgical Disposable items The procurement will be conducted purely through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidders must be registered as suppliers on this platform to participate. The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended to date). Proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before the specified deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at the designated time. Bidders are encouraged to attend the bid opening ceremony. Bid security in the form of CDR amounting to 2% of the estimated tender value (Rs. 60,000) must be submitted through the digital banking facility available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid security must be in favor of the Chief Executive Officer Health & Population Department District Health Authority Attock and uploaded along with the Technical Bid. Bidders should ensure timely uploading of bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal as the responsibility for submission lies entirely with them. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions can be downloaded from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the closing date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Clause 35 of PPRA Rules. In case the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the submission and opening date with the same time and venue.
