Purchase of Medicine, Surgical Disposable Items and Hearing Aid for The Children's Hospital & Institute of Child Health Multan

The Children's Hospital & The Institute of Child Health Multan invites e-bids from registered firms for the procurement of medicines, surgical disposable items, and hearing aids on F.O.R basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is to be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal as per the schedule. Items being procured: - Walk-in Registration for Purchase of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items on Local Purchase (Day to Day basis) through PITB's Online Portal - Walk-in Registration for Purchase of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items through Limited / Petty Quotation through PITB's Online Portal - Purchase of Hearing Aid on Bait Ul Maal Re-tender The scope includes supply of medicines and surgical disposables on a day-to-day basis, with the hearing aid purchase under a re-tender process. Firms must have valid Drug Sales License (DSL) for medicines and surgical disposables and be manufacturers or sole agents of foreign principals or distributors. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted electronically; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding process follows single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Financial offers including taxes will be considered, and conditional offers or offers without taxes will be rejected except for specified tenders. The tender submission deadline and opening date is 5th October 2026 at 09:30 AM and 10:00 AM respectively. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
