Framework Contract for the Procurement of Sports Goods/Equipment

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas invites technical and financial bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding from eligible firms with relevant sports supplies experience for the procurement of sports goods and equipment under a framework contract as per KPPRA Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Sports goods - Sports equipment The procurement will be conducted via the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid NTN and Sales Tax (GST) registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 600,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas. The bid security will later be converted into performance security. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/tenders/Epadtenders or www.dgsports.kp.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 22/09/2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the office of the Director Sports Merged Areas at Qayyum Stadium Peshawar Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to participate. Bid evaluation will be based on item-wise selection. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their postal address, valid email address, and active contact numbers are clearly mentioned in their bids to avoid disqualification.
