Framework Contract for Purchase of Sports Goods in Youth Affairs & Sports Department CFY 2026-27

The Directorate of Sports, Merged Areas, located at Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar, invites sealed e-tenders for a framework contract for the purchase of sports goods for the Youth Affairs & Sports Department for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is on a free delivery to consignee basis. Items being procured include various sports goods as per the framework contract requirements. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as prescribed under KPPRA rules. Bidders must be registered with FBR as active filers and possess valid NTN and GST registration. They must also be registered with relevant tax authorities including KPRA. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 600,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the undersigned, which will later be converted into performance security. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director Sports Merged Areas at Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Directorate reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders are advised to clearly mention their postal address, valid email, and active contact numbers in their bids. Hard copies of bid proposals must also be submitted to the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas office at Peshawar.
