Procurement of Students Uniform for Boys and Girls by Govt. Special Education Centre Darya Khan

The Govt. Special Education Centre Darya Khan invites sealed bids through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for the procurement of students uniforms for boys and girls for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for 170 sets of uniforms to be supplied as per detailed specifications. The procurement is funded partly by the proceeds of this budget and partly by the tune of tentative estimated procurement cost Rs. 1,37,500/- (Rupees One lac Thirty Seven thousand Five Hundred only). Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Colorand Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest/ Bunyan (White Color) & Tie, Underwear (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip/ Shameez (White Color) Shawal & Jursy Maroon The technical scope includes supply of quality uniform items as per specifications, sizing of students by successful bidders in presence of staff member appointed by the procuring agency, and delivery in form of packets tagged with student name and class on consignee's end basis. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and quoted in Pak Rupees. Bill payment will be made through District Accounts Office Bhakkar after submission of final bill. Late delivery charges and defective items penalties apply as per contract conditions. Eligibility criteria include registration with PPRA, FBR, and relevant tax departments, submission of earnest money @ 5% of estimated cost in form of Bank Call-Deposit (CDR) / Demand Draft / Pay Order only, and compliance with PEC category if applicable. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 10.11.2026 at 10:00 am. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS portal by 10.11.2026 at 10:00 am. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your samples are submitted on the day of bid opening and are subject to lab testing and assessment by the procuring agency. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification or non-payment. Also, carefully follow the single stage two envelope procedure and upload all required documents on EPADS before the deadline to avoid rejection.
