The Services & General Administration Department Punjab invites E-bids on a lot basis for a framework contract covering a wide range of items including stationery, computer stationery, printing & publication, hardware items, IT equipment, furniture & fixture, others, cost of other store items, entertainment & gifts, and uniform & protective clothing. The procurement is for the Punjab Civil Secretariat in Lahore. Bidders must submit separate bids for each lot. The estimated cost for each lot ranges from Rs. 1.5 million to Rs. 18.5 million with corresponding bid security amounts. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified. The scope includes supply of the listed items to the Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. Eligibility requires registration with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit a copy of the bid security in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number, lot number, and title before the submission deadline. Technical and financial bids will be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The last date for E-bid submission is 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Mandatory submission of CDR copy, attested affidavit, and samples of all goods is required by 11:30 AM on 3rd September 2026.
