The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Khairpur Tamewali invites sealed bids from reputable firms/agencies with a strong financial background and valid Retail drug sale license - Form 9 (Category – Pharmacist) for the supply of drugs, medicines, surgical disposables, and dialysis unit items under a framework contract for the year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical & Disposable Items including SSP - Framework Contract for purchase of Dialysis Unit Items / Medicines - Framework Contract for purchase of Medical Gases - Framework Contract for purchase of Stationery items - Framework Contract for purchase of General Store items - Framework Contract for purchase of Printing Items - Framework Contract for purchase of Linen items - Framework Contract for purchase of Laboratory items - Framework Contract for purchase of Dental items - Framework Contract for purchase of X-ray items - Framework Contract for purchase of IT Equipment and Accessories The scope includes supply of medicines and well-reputed, financially strong companies/firms authorized distributors and experienced suppliers for stationery, biomedical gases, printing materials, laboratory items, x-ray items, general store items, dental items, IT equipment, and linen items. Bidders must be registered with FBR/ATL and possess relevant PEC categories if applicable. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank is required. Bidding documents can be obtained and bids submitted via the E-Procurement Portal at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk.
