Framework Contract for Supply of Pantry Items

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites electronic bids from eligible firms, suppliers, distributors, and authorized dealers for a framework contract for the supply of pantry items in Lahore. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Pantry Items (specific list not provided in the notice) The contract is a Framework (Rate) Contract with PLIC, where quantities mentioned in the bidding documents are indicative and do not constitute a commitment to purchase any minimum quantity. Supplies will be made against call-off orders issued by PLIC during the contract period. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and active on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from the Punjab PPRA Website and the Punjab e-Procurement System portals. Bids shall be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual or physical bids will not be accepted. A bid security of PKR 45,000/- must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed in the bidding documents. The deadline for submission of bids is 19 October 2026 at 03:00 PM, with electronic bids opening on the same day at 03:30 PM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. PLIC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
