Framework Contract for Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Store Items and Other Items

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara invites experienced firms, companies, and general order suppliers registered with e-PADS/Punjab e-procurement web portal and having active status with FBR for Income Tax and General Sales Tax to participate in a framework contract for the year 2026-2027. The procurement involves supply of various items through a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Stationery (Estimated Price Rs. 2,638,000) - Computer Stationery (Estimated Price Rs. 1,627,000) - Store Items (Estimated Price Rs. 1,727,000) - Other Items (Estimated Price Rs. 1,096,000) Bidders must submit bid security at 2% of the estimated cost for each lot through the prescribed online banking channel in favor of District & Sessions Judge, Okara. The bidding documents are available free of cost from the e-PADS portal, PPRA, and the procuring agency website. All bids (technical and financial) must be submitted electronically only by 17-09-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
