Tender Description
The Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed electronic bids for a framework contract concerning the procurement of uniforms and protective clothing. This tender is specifically for suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are not permitted for this procurement.

This procurement involves supplying uniforms and protective clothing as required by the department during the Financial Year 2026-27. The scope includes ensuring quality materials suitable for the department's operational needs. The contract will be managed through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP), ensuring transparency and efficiency in the bidding process.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the appropriate authorities and tax departments. The bid security is set at 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 2,750,000, and must be submitted digitally via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be valid for 120 days. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).
