Framework Contract for Procurement of X-Ray Films, Chemicals, Surgical & Disposable Items, Medical Gases, Linen Items, IT Equipment, General Store, Printing & Stationary Items

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Kot Addu invites eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to submit e-bids for a framework contract covering a wide range of medical and general items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes X-Ray Films & Chemicals, Surgical & Disposable Items, Medical Gases, Linen Items, IT Equipment, General Store items, Printing & Stationary items. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as CDR or Pay Order will be accepted. The bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view/Tender.aspx). Eligibility requires registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submission of NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Taxes and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance. The deadline for submission of e-bids is 26th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu.
