Bidders must be registered with GST and possess a valid NTN. Earnest Money of PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR/Pay Order is mandatory with the bid. Only suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible. The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure.
