Bidders must submit bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty in the name of Medical Superintendent, Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital Sargodha. No conditional bank guarantees will be accepted. The bidding process follows Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
