The procurement is conducted through a Single Stage Envelope Procedure on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Different Arrangements of the National & Religious Occasions, Ramzan-ul-Mubarak (i/c Eid-ul-Fiter i/c Eid-ul-Azha) etc. Complete in all respect (Rs. 85,000,000) - Repair & Maintenance of all types of Vehicle Machinery including Dewatering Pumps, Winching Machines, Gross Cutter Machines etc. (Rs. 80,000,000) - Repair & Maintenance of Parks, Green Belts, Stadium, Library etc. (Rs. 35,000,000) - Beautification and Tree Plantation of Parks, Green Belts including Stadium City Area Kamoke (Rs. 30,000,000) - Patch Work and Repair of Roads in City Area Kamoke and other Civil Work (Rs. 60,000,000) - Cleaning of Nallah Jaat through Excavator Machine on Rent in City Area Kamoke (Rs. 35,000,000) - Purchase of Orange Jackets, Punjabi, Kassian, Rassay, Long Bans, Cleaning Material for Office MC, Parks, Stadium, Rumbay, Tawas etc. (Rs. 30,000,000) - Repair of Motor including Pump, Pannel, Transformer, Electric Works, Fixing of Manhole Cover at Disposal Station Kamoke (Rs. 40,000,000) - Repair of Transformer, Motor, Pump, Pannel, Repair of Water Supply Pipe Line, Filtration Plants at City Area Kamoke (Rs. 45,000,000) - Repair, Maintenance of Street Lights, Purchase of Street Light, Repair of Pole, Cable, Meter, Transformer, Main Board at City Area Kamoke (Rs. 35,000,000) - Repair of Office Building including Transformer, Fan, Air Conditioner, Purchase of Photo Copy Machine, Hiring of Movie Camera, Drown Camera for Recording at MC Office & Admin Block (Rs. 65,000,000) - Purchase of Different Items of Dewatering Pumps, Delivery Pipe, Suction Pipe, Foot Valve, Ring, Clump, Wrench, Doori etc. (Rs. 30,000,000) - Purchase of Office Stationery Complete in all respect (Rs. 15,000,000) The scope covers comprehensive repair, maintenance, and purchase of machinery, vehicles, office equipment, and civil works within Kamoke city. All bidders must submit a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through digital payment on Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance Guarantee of 5% of contract amount is required from the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of receipt of award letter. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license category C6 or above, registration with SECP, FBR/ATL compliance, and no blacklisting history.
