The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Pattoki invites e-bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, and well-reputed firms registered on e-PADS with sound experience in the relevant field. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments to participate in the framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 at THQ Hospital Pattoki. Items being procured: - Local purchase of Medicines/Surgical Disposable Items (Day to Day) for the Year 2026-27 - Purchase of Radiology items X-Ray Films - Purchase of Lab items - Purchase of Bio-Medical Gases - Purchase of Stationery Items - Purchase of Printing Items - Purchase of General Store Items - Purchase of Dental Items - Bio-Medical Surgical Equipment - I.T Equipment - Bedding & Clothing The procurement covers a wide range of medical and hospital supplies including medicines, surgical disposables, radiology films, laboratory items, biomedical gases, stationery, printing materials, general store items, dental items, surgical equipment, IT equipment, and bedding and clothing. Separate bids shall be submitted for each package, with Package #1 based on maximum discount from the manufacturer's price fixed by Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan (DRAP). Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 and amendments. Bidders must submit bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Pattoki before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on 24.10.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
