Framework Contracts for Bio-Medical Gases, Pathology Kits, X-Ray Films, Printing Material, Stationery, General Store Items, and IT Equipment at THQ Hospital Renala Khurd

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Renala Khurd invites e-procurement bids from well reputed companies, firms, authorized distributors, and experienced suppliers registered with N.T.N and G.S.T (where applicable) for framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended up to date. Bidders must register as suppliers on the portal to participate and access bidding documents. Bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement system portal or from PPRA. Bids must be accompanied by bid security valid for 180 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The bid security must be uploaded or submitted along with the bid in the form of Bank Draft/CDR; otherwise, the firm or contractor will be disqualified. The last date for submission of bids is 29th October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids received after this time will be rejected. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM, where bidders or their authorized representatives may attend. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must quote rates for all items in any lot they participate in; partial bids will be rejected. No negotiations are expected as per PPRA rules, and taxes will be deducted as per government regulations. The procuring agency reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or contractor if information submitted is found false or inaccurate under PPRA rule 19 and to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA rule 35.
