Tender Description
The Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites E-Bids from eligible bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors, and service providers engaged in designing and preparation of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR)/Projection Mapping. The procurement is for a Framework Contract for Heritage Interpretation Systems using Visualization Infrastructure (AR/VR/Projection Mapping) with a contract duration of one year and an estimated cost of Rs. 40.00 Million.
Items being procured:
- Framework Contract for Heritage Interpretation Systems Using Visualization Infrastructure (AR/VR/Projection Mapping)
The selected heritage and archaeological site for this project is Derawar Fort, Bahawalpur. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The complete electronic bids must be submitted online at www.Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk as per the schedule.
Technical and Financial Bid Submission Date and Time is 28th August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with Technical Bid Opening on 28th August 2026 at 12:30 PM. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must quote rates against each lot and incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive.
Earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost. The CDR/Bank Guarantee of earnest money must be in favor of the Director General Archaeology. Bids must include a scanned copy of the CDR and original instrument submitted to the office of Director General Archaeology, 60-A, Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore before bid opening time.
