Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Design of ADP Scheme No. 1969/260974 (2026-27) F/S for Construction of Umerzai Bypass Road Charsadda

The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, invites proposals from its shortlisted consultants for the feasibility study and detailed engineering design of ADP Scheme No. 1969/260974 (2026-27) concerning the construction of the Umerzai Bypass Road in Charsadda. The shortlisted firms eligible for this Request for Proposals (RFP) are listed in the notice, including 62 consulting engineering firms such as M/S NESPAK (Pvt) Ltd., M/S Associated Consulting Engineers ACE Ltd., M/S AAA Engineering Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. Lahore, and others. Interested firms are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals strictly through the EPADS System (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by the deadline of 22-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.
