Tender Description
Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites E-Bids from contractors and firms registered with the registration system available on the eP having valid License from PEC in category C4 & Above with relevant code ME – 06, registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PNTN) for E-Procurement on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The procurement is for a Framework Contract for the provision of Human Resource and Operations and Maintenance of 379 Water Filtration Plants in Rawalpindi Division for 04 months, extendable for further 08 months.

The bidders must submit complete and authenticated E-bids by uploading PDF files online on the e-Procurement System (EP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bid security amounting to Rs. 2,334,279.29 (2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted digitally through the eP system and transferred via 1Link or Bank Guarantee from any Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of Director General (O&M), PSPA, transmitted to BOP by SWIFT or MT 760.
The bidding procedure is single stage two envelopes. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Bids will be valid for 120 days.
Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the bids on EP Portal well before the submission deadline and not wait for the last date and time. Punjab Saaf Pani Authority shall not be held responsible for any issue regarding EP Portal.
