Framework Rate Contracts for Medicines, Medical Devices, Surgical and Disposable Items, Stationery, Printing Material, and General Store by District Health Authority Rawalpindi

The District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for four independent lot-wise framework rate contracts under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. This procurement is for the supply of essential items to healthcare facilities in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Lot No. 1: Local Purchase (LP) Medicines, Medical Devices, Surgical and Disposable Items (Estimated value PKR 25,000,000) - Lot No. 2: Stationery Items (Estimated value PKR 3,000,000) - Lot No. 3: Printing Material and Publication Items (Estimated value PKR 1,000,000) - Lot No. 4: General Store, Equipment and Miscellaneous Items (Estimated value PKR 15,000,000) Bidders for Lot No. 1 must hold a valid Centralized Drug Sale License (Category A) as pharmacy, manufacturer or distributor. Bidders for Lots 2, 3, and 4 must be duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers as applicable. Technical responsiveness, financial evaluation and award will be determined separately for each lot. The bidding documents are available free of cost on Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA Punjab website. Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with portal instructions. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each lot is required in the prescribed form, valid and payable to the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi. The bid submission deadline is 31.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 31.10.2026 at 11:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement system at the office of the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. Prices must include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi / Special Prison Hospital/DHA Rawalpindi, and taxes must be stated and treated according to applicable law and bidding documents. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
