Procurement of Equipment, Screening Kits, Medical Devices, Blood Bags and Consumables for Regional Blood Center Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department through its Regional Blood Center (RBC) Peshawar invites bids for the procurement of essential medical equipment, screening kits, medical devices, blood bags, and other consumable items for the fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the RBC is fully equipped to provide safe and efficient blood services in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Equipment - Screening Kits - Medical Devices - Triple Blood Bags - Other Consumable Items The procurement will be conducted under the National Competitive Bidding process via the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested manufacturers, authorized dealers, sole agents, and distributors are eligible to participate. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, 30th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Manager RBC, Phase 4, Hayatabad Peshawar. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly review the standard bidding documents and attend this meeting for clarifications. Bids must be submitted electronically to the Manager RBC, Phase 4, Hayatabad Peshawar on or before 11:00 hours on Thursday, 5th November 2026. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids must be accompanied by bid security as detailed in the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of Pay Order (PO) is not acceptable and will lead to rejection. Mandatory bid security/earnest money amounts to Rs. 500,000 for categories A & B and Rs. 300,000 for categories C & D, payable to The Manager Regional Blood Centre (RBC). The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
