Supply of Fresh Milk Cream for Military Farms Group Renala for Financial Year 2026-27

Military Farms Group Renala is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of Fresh Milk Cream for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is intended for use in the preparation of butter and related dairy products at the Military Farms. Bidders are required to meet the technical specifications and quality standards as outlined in the notice. Items being procured: - Fresh Milk Cream (100% pure, as per technical specifications) Suppliers must be registered cream manufacturers with a functional cream separator unit. Pre-qualification documents, including proof of cream manufacturing capability and a valid bank statement, must be submitted along with the tender. Only those suppliers who meet the technical and financial criteria will be considered for evaluation. The deadline for submission of tenders is 1st November 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Assistant Director, Military Farms Group Renala. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount must be submitted in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Bidders must also provide a valid NTN and proof of registration with FBR/ATL. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Replacement of rejected cream will be mandatory at the supplier's cost.
