Supply of Fresh Water Through Bowzers and Provision of Furniture at 33rd and 32nd Creeks BN and PNS Qasim Karachi

Pakistan Navy, through its Military Engineer Services (MES), invites applications from pre-qualified contractors and firms for the supply of fresh water and provision of furniture at various locations in Karachi. The works are to be managed by the CMES (Navy) COMCOAST office at PNS Karsaz. This tender is open to contractors on the approved list of MES or other government departments, as well as those able to provide proof of relevant experience and financial standing. Items being procured: - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers to Kharo chan at 33rd Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers S-16 at 33rd Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers to tactical HQ at 33rd Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through Bowzers to saleh Doro post at 32nd Creeks BN - Provision of Furniture for Construction of Community Center for Marine at PNS Qasim The technical scope includes the timely and reliable supply of potable water via bowzers to specified military posts and the provision of quality furniture for a new community center. Contractors must demonstrate experience in similar works executed in the last two years and provide details of staff, equipment, and financial standing. Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council and a recent bank statement are mandatory. Non-MES contractors or those suspended from the approved list must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR or Deposit At Call, pledged to CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. Bids must be submitted by 1130 hours on 26 October, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. All required documentation, including the proforma of previous works, must be completed and attested by a Class I Gazetted Officer. Incomplete or missing data will result in disqualification.
