Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from GST and IT registered firms for the provision of fresh water supply contract for the year 2026-2027 at the 12th SEAL Battalion Area of Responsibility located at Naval Base Nathiagali, Karachi. Items being procured:
- Fresh water supply service for 12th SEAL Battalion AoR
The contract involves the continuous supply of fresh water to meet the operational needs of the battalion. The scope requires reliable and timely delivery of potable water, ensuring quality and quantity standards as per Pakistan Navy requirements. Interested firms must be registered with GST and IT authorities and comply with all relevant regulations.
Sealed quotations must reach the Guard Room of 12th SEAL Battalion by 18 September 2026 before 1300 hours. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours in the Conference Room of the 12th SEAL Battalion. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to reject any or all quotations as per PPRA rules 2004.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their quotations including all required documentation such as GST/IT registration certificates and ensure timely submission. One practical tip is to visit the site or contact the battalion office in advance to understand the water supply requirements and delivery logistics to avoid any last-minute issues.
